Who am I?

I am a management lecturer, researcher, and leader driven by three passions:

  1. To enhance leadership and management capacity for tertiary organisations
  2. To develop a more passionate, research-driven, engaged and impactful university workforce
  3. To enable academia – industry engagement, partnership and collaboration.

I am particularly interested in women empowerment & capacity building.
